Yeah right. They passed down an edict that the people that own high rise condos cannot go out on their balconies (private property) while Barry is down town.

Who is going to stop them? They don't have the troops to monitor all balconies, and if they see you outside, do the ROE allow them to shoot?

ROE probably allows the po-po to aim rifles directly at someone on their balcony. Like in Boston after the bombing.
