Don’t lump in Cruz with this Rubio scheme...Little Marco is just further diminishing himself!
It's not a "Rubio scheme," it is a "NeverTrump scheme," and Cruz is the designated beneficiary of it. The only reason Cruz is able to hide his hand is that Kasich is in reasonably good shape in Ohio.
