he’s not self funding now...he is loaning money to the campaign to be paid back in the general. I fhe was self funding it wouldn’t be a loan....

except Ted didn’t bother to disclose it. And Goldman Sachs could have easily forgiven the loan (ie, a silent donor) and nobody would ever know.
Trump is self-funding because he is not taking money from PACs or big donors. That’s a bug deal - no undue influence or favors expected.
