The “Common Core” test should be applied to EVERY politician before you vote for them. Anyone who thinks the government can fix anything is an automatic NO. Anyone who thinks the individual come first, deserves further consideration.

Ohio Governor John Kasich has bellowed his enthusiasm for it at the expense of other, arguably more efficacious, school reforms. I realize the author probably wants to sound smart, but isn't using a simpler and better understood term an improvement? Wouldn't that be more effective?
