It’s just used as a hit piece against Cruz Could be. All of the FEC members were appointed by either Obama or GWB, and the timing is certainly suspicious. Why did they wait until now to want information about loans from a 2012 campaign? Doesn't look much different than what the IRS did to the Tea Party groups.
