Sen. Ted Cruz identified Wednesday what he believes is one of the main causes Donald Trump has outperformed in many of the Republican primary contests to date — low-information voters who are not really engaged in the process.

I think he's right, but he shouldn't have said it.

Trump is getting support from about 25-30% of Pub voters and the rest is crossover from the Rats. How smart can those voters be if after everything that has happened in the last 8 years they are still Rats?
