Cruz supporters have closed their eyes to who this man really is. No president, and I mean - NO president is going to overturn Roe vs. Wade. The states are taking care of this by defending PP in many of them. As for gay marriage - well, I believe that will go the same route. After all, Ted did do a fundraiser at a hotel full of gay men. Wise up!

Trump with his pragmatic real-life record is a far more palatable national figure than Ted Cruz, whose unctuous, vainglorious professions of Christian piety dont pass the smell test. Trump is a blunt, no-crap mensch, while Cruz is a ham actor, doling out fake compassion like chopped liver. Cruzs lugubrious, weirdly womanish face, with its prim, tight smile and mawkishly appealing puppy-dog eyebrows, is like a waxen mask, always on the verge of melting. This guy doesnt know who the hell he isand the White House is no place for him and us to find out.

Cruz, who has made a hard play for evangelical voters since launching his candidacy, has been thwarted in the south by Trump, who has carried a surprisingly large percentage of those faith voters. Hey, Ted, one significant reason for that is southerner evangelicals just aren't into your sort of Elmer Gantry routine. They have pastors and then revival preachers that come around in the summer, so they aren't looking for another preacher in a president.
Leave the preaching to the actual preachers. In a president, they want someone who'll stand up to all the interests trying shape the USA to suits their purposes, and not become just another bought and paid for DC politician.

So, you know him personally, and better than those who have worked for him for many years? I don’t think so. Cruz is a nasty little lying man - Jim Jones 2.0

Cruz/s extreme Dominionist beliefs call for religion in every aspect of government. Coincidentally (cough), many of Cruz/s political positions.....like economic libertarianism and TPP....also fit into the far-out Dominionist teachings Cruz learned form his father/s preaching.
The elder Cruz preaches that Christians are divided into Kings and Priests,.....the kings (politicians) go out and conquer the financial world and bring the money back to the priests (pastors in contemporary terms).
Ted and Heidi Cruz/s economic libertarianism also dovetails nicely w/ globalist Goldman/Sachs---who financed Ted into office. G/S is Heidi's $700,000 a year employer. So it looks like the Cruz/s have a head start in getting money back to the pastors.
====================================
Cruz should tell voters:
<><> what role does he plan for his preacher father in the US govt,
<><> what govt job does he plan to give his G/S globalist lawyer wife?

Cruz has a bigger problem. The more voters learn about him, his duplicity, wall street connections, flip flops on immigration and support for TPP the less they like him.
I'd like to see Trump pound Cruz over and over again on issues like the TPP tonight. People need to know where this schmuck is coming from.

Cruz is really sick. He has no real record as a conservative except his talking points. As President he would be another disaster and not much better than King Obama.

I maybe wrong, pehaps that is the strategy. Cruz knows he may not get the nomination so the “GOPe establishment” are saying “Let Hillary have it”.

Poor Teddy
He chose to ignore the South because he figured it was a lock for him. It wasn’t. Trump came. Trump stumped. Trump bumped poor ole Teddy of his log.
Ted has not even addressed ILLEGAL immigration. He barely mentions it. Ted can cry about being a purist all he wants. That is why he wrote in favor of the TPP and voted for the TPA
Keep it up Raphael and Ted. We are tired of not being good enough for the DC political class
By the way trump learns. He now refers to slightly less well educated voters

Cruz should have let DT hang himself on that one. He is going to have to learn when to be silent. Maybe take a hint from GW.
