So you are into high risk investments?

I'd buy AA or better rated CA municipal bonds

You might want to balance those with some Puerto Rico bonds, or perhaps some Greek issues.

Actually, I do have some Portugal bonds yielding 22%. I wish I had bought more. No Greek bonds. I have a smattering of PR bonds...all paying: CUSIPS 74514LTL1 and 74529JLN3. Not too happy about my 74514LWZ6 and 74514LWA1. Bought those at 77 and they are trading around 62. HOWEVER, they have paid, and as the old saying goes, “The day they pay, they’re AAA!”
