Waste fraud and abuse is a significant issue. The fraud in disability payments is almost a $5 billion per year problem alone. The SS benefits going to illegals and growing every year is another chunk. If the economy grew at three percent per year for ten years the problem would go away.

Big business and the GOPe just want to do away with social security payments like they did pensions. The wealthy benefit and the middle class suffers. That is is the GOPe solution.
