$3 billion here, $3 billion there, pretty soon we’re talking about some real money
Why not start somewhere?
Why no start everywhere? There have been news stories the past two or three years highlighting fraudulent payments far in excess of $3 billion in each of several government programs. I think we have plenty of government employees to improve the payment and procurement procedures.
