“Donald does well with voters who have relatively low information, who are not that engaged and who are angry and they see him as an angry voice. Where we are beating him is when voters’ get more engaged and they get more informed.”

Cruz also takes Trumps comments about doing well with both the highly educated and the poorly educated out of context.

I used to really like Cruz. I still admire him for his record as an attorney and a Senator.

But his teaming up with Glenn Beck and Neil Bush is troubling.

Notice how Cruz has not disavowed Beck calling Trump a NAZI or Beck saying he wanted to stab Trump. Or Neil Bush saying he could not support Trump. Or the so called conservatives who say they will support Clinton or Sanders over Trump.

I have learned that this Neil Bush connection to Cruz is more about the future of young Preston Bush in Texas, who won his first state wide office in the Land Office, I believe it was.

Preston is Jeb’s son and Neil’s nephew. The Bush machine is greasing the skids for Preston in Texas and with Cruz, whether Cruz goes to the senate again, or to the TX Governor’s chair, in Austin.

Thought that was interesting. That came from an old Reagan operator whose name escapes me, but who appeared on Lou Dobbs last night.

Gasp. Breathe. Breathe again. It’s the best advice when you get the vapors.
