Don’t you believe that LEOs should have stricter rules of engagement than that of our military in war zones? Especially considering LEOs are dealing with American citizens?

Are you on crack.... LEOs have vastly lower standards when it comes to shooting US citizens then US soldiers do in other countries... that includes bush ROE for iraq.
