Can’t have those judges enforcing school funding.

That post sounded sarcastic. I hope it isn't.

In fact, you cannot have unaccountable judges making arbitrary decisions about how much of the taxpayer's money to spend on education.

That is the job of elected legislators, whose right and responsibility it is to prioritize amongst all the demands for spending, and who can be held accountable if the choose to spend unwisely.

We are having exactly the same kind of issue in Washington State, where I live.

The Supreme Court has mandated the Legislature increase school spending, and has fined the Legislature for not doing it fast enough. The (Republican led) Senate is rightly telling the Court to go to hell.

The leftist judicial think they can do anything they want, but they have good reason to think they can bully their way through anything, because they have been getting away with it for years.

It’s beyond time to stop the bullying by the Left, the Democrats. Time to turn on them, and lay a haymaker or two. Knock them on their butts, and then kick them out.
