>>If you think a lot of people stayed home refusing to vote for Romney ...you ain’t seen nothing yet IF Trump is the nominee.<<

IF what you said was true, it would be happening NOW. Cruz WOULD be the leading contender, but so far, he’s just..not.

It didn’t matter that there were 17 R contenders, Trump was ahead. Now, they’re gone and Trump is STILL ahead by 50%! Trump has 14 winning states to Cruz’s 7.

If Cruz expects all of Trump’s supporters to vote for him as the republican against hillary, he’s got a surprise coming to him. MANY of Trump’s supporters will either write Trump in, OR not vote for Cruz.

I’ve already decided that if the R convention violates the rules and Trump isn’t on the ticket, I WILL either write Trump in, and in the event that he wants out of the race, I will vote for the greasiest, communist I can possibly vote for other than Hillary. Why? Because this country is toast, done, rotten. Let’s get some one who’ll burn it up and get it done and over with, put it in the trash.

No point in agonizing a slow death. Get it done. Bernie’s 90% tax rate and give away the toilet seat should finsh it off nice and fast.

Not necessarily. Remember, we are still in the primaries, and most of the people voting are voting for someone other than Trump. So it is hard to know right now how many of those who are voting for other candidates will actually come out and vote for Trump if he gets the nomination. As for Cruz being the leading contender, there are still 3 "not Trump" candidates in the race.
