I think the federal statute of limitations for fraud is five years.

My husband signs up for all sorts of courses like this. He’s a gullible, eternal optimist. There is rarely anything worthwhile in these courses - with generally nothing that you couldn’t find online. IMO, they’re selling motivation more than knowledge. It’s the same with any diet, business, self-help books. Pretty much all of the information has been around for decades - it’s just being packaged in a new way. I deem a book or seminar successful if I take from it one thing that I incorporate into my business or life.
