The moment that matter happens at 5:30 in the video. Lavoy gets out of the truck with his hands up and says “go ahead of shoot me”. At this point the FBI agent who denied firing fires 2 shoots to kill Lavoy. They miss him and strike the truck and back window(which is why they can’t find the “2nd bullet” because it passed through the window) Its clear that that FBI agent was assigned with a kill order and the rest of the FBI in the group knew it. Its pretty clear cut at this point that it was murder... between this new evidence and them rounding up the people that took part in the first bundy ranch stand off, if the militia doesn’t strike back they will be run into the ground. Guess the ball’s in the militia court now.
Observation. The folks that showed at the Bundy ranch and federal holding pen for the Bundy livestock took a stand and the feds appeared to have backed off. They then seemed to celebrate they'd won a standoff with the feds...am I right? They then all traveled back home thinking a job well done. Didn't any of them reason that the feds would come for them? Analyze video/audio footage to gather intel om lic plates, faces, names to investigate/issue warrants?
When Americans take a bold step such as this, the feds are not just going to forget about it. They will come. They will come in the early morning hours in full force for every single one of’m. They now have about 75 arrest between both incidents.
