If he had his back to them, how did they know he had a gun? How did they know he was armed if they didn’t see a gun in his hand? Why did they not tase him immediately upon exit? He was standing still with his hands straight up.
One cop was in front of him and one behind. Finicum was know to carry a firearm at all times so it was no stretch to assume he was carrying one when police stopped him.
