The real question is why did Bush attack Iraq and ignore Saudi Arabia who Quarterbacked September 11th, 2001?

That’s what the 28 pages of the 911 Report that has been sealed from the public says. Congress members from both sides of the aisle that have read the 28 pages say they need to be released.
What it says is that at the bare minimum Saudi Arabian government Quarterback and funded September 11th. 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia.
