That's one of the things that makes me sketchy about Trump-his support for leftists- even far leftists.
His ever changing policies are a problem too. Who knows what he will do as president?
This Bush thing is bad optics for Cruz.
But Trump's KKK ooopsie, (even though he denounced it, and he is not a racist), combined with the raised-hand pledge to vote for him at his rally-are absolutely horrendous optics.
That's the kind of thing-that if it happens in October-gives the country to Hillary.
It also seems that Trump is completely unaware/unprepared for what the MSM is going to do in the. general election- should he become the nominee.
Or-Since we are all wearing our tin foil hats for this thread anyway- The question is:
Is Trump making these errors on purpose? (This is being raised because of the supposed phone conversation between Trump and Bill Clinton the day Trump announced his presidential run. IOW- Is Trump actually playing the role of Ross Perot to help the Clinton's get back in the White House? (I admit this is a Tin Foil hat worthy question though. )
In the end we have to decide who we think is the best candidate to beat Hillary, and begin to repair the damage that has been done from 8 long years of Obama's leftist policies.
I'm backing Cruz in the primary- Others are backing Trump.
Either way we can't have another 4 years of Hillary.
I will back Trump if he is the nominee.
Seeing his poll numbers, and that GOPe are having secret meetings with leftist elitists, pushing a brokered convention, and trying to run Romney- (Ughhhh!) it seems likely Trump will be the nominee.
(I will continue to pray for our country and pray for Ted Cruz to be our next president.)
