She’s an elitist criminal who believes she is above the law and entitled to do whatever she wants. It is the height of arrogance and entitlement.
The list of charges continue to grow. Now, they may hit her with a lesser charge before all is said and done.
Perjury, conspiracy, obstruction, mishandling sensitive documents, State dept. preferential treatment in exchange for cash.
These are the ones I can think of that are relevant. Any others y'all?
Her days as a candidate are fast coming to an end no matter what deal she makes.

Why would the Justice Dept. give Bognolio immunity if they didn’t plan on prosecuting this to the fullest? They must have something on her and care enough about it or they would have dropped it, wouldn’t they?

- Trump loses: who's to say the defense/intelligence community loses track of Obama?
I think if one were to war game this situation, there really isn't any upside to attempt to ensure some kind of Democratic victory in November if you were to make that many enemies just waiting for their chance(s).
The alternative is to let the defense/intelligence community have their pound of flesh, and go on to enjoy a nice, comfortable retirement.

I watched the Democrat "Town Hall" on Fox News Channel last night. Once again, Hillary played her little word game, saying "I never sent or received any messages marked classified." Technically, she's correct - because there is no security marking that would be identified by the word "Classified." Classified is a generic term that encompasses specific levels of classification such as Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret. Someone needs to spell this out for her, then ask her point blank if she ever sent or received any messages marked Confidential, Secret, or Top Secret.
She can be elected Prez just like Mandella. After 25 years behind bars.
I will be in my late 70’s and am sure I will need something to bitch about.
