Now does any one think that Hillary “won’t” enjoy being incarcerated in a women’s prison? Hmmm?

If she skates with the DOJ, I do not see how the Intelligence Community “allows” her to become president.

I would agree except the FBI got all of her emails off the server. That means they’ve been investigating the mishandling of classified information and corruption for longer than most know. They learned about the server almost two years ago from Guccifer. That got more than just a few chuckles around the water cooler. It was the beginning of the investigation that now involves at least 100 and maybe 150 FBI agents.

Classification levels and modifiers are uniform across the Federal govt. What may differ is OCA judgement as to what is confidential, secret, TS, SCI, etc.

She might lose the FBI primary, but she still has the Department of Justice super delegates to protect her.

Agree... all I am saying is that she as an OCA should damned well have known better and there is no excuse like the crap she’s presenting as excuse.. It is a serious breach of judgment at best. I come down on the criminal conduct side.

Do you really think she sat through the required long government training program, with an attitude of actually learning the subject matter to apply it to her job? Nah, she had somebody sign off the completion form and went straight to breaking the law.

I just hope none of the Secret Service agents assigned to her are killed.

The IC let (if not aided) Traitorobama to become president.

Since she used her private email exclusively, what she is claiming is that as SOS she never handled classified information, which on the surface is absurd.

Given the opportunity to look at some of her emails, the vast majority of American people could easily distinguish between those that were classified and those that not. It would be an easy choice and basically just the application of a modicum of common sense.

That’s what’s interesting. The DOJ is involved with the FBI in the investigation. Otherwise Pagliano wouldn’t have been granted immunity. Lots of people up and down the hierarchy at justice were involved to go through the approval cycle and get a federal judge to issue the court order.

By virtue of her appointment to that position, It would necessarily have been a REQUIREMENT for her to be qualified for the job. This SHOULD have been duly considered in her confirmation. Result? Failure by those who nominated her and by those who confirmed her (our Republicans abetting).

Bottom line, it is a minimal requirement for the job to know better. This whole failure of the process is what resulted in a criminal bypassing safeguards and installed directly into uncontrolled power and certain criminal activity, IMO.

People are confused about the emails. They won’t be confused about the bribery and tax evasion. When it blows out, it will be historic. There’s no way it can swept under a rug. With at least 100 FBI agents dotting i’s and crossing t’s to wrap it all up in a package, Hillary’s dead meat.

There will be massive leaks that infuriate many Americans. Obama is about to face the last thing he wants as a lame duck president.

Question that someone should ask Hillary: “Would you allow your cabinet secretaries to have their own, private servers and permit them to store sensitive government information on them?

Clinton will make massive political concessions to Obama to keep her from being indicted. He’ll get whatever he wants from her in exchange.

The IC let (if not aided) Traitorobama to become president.

***************************************

At the point he became president, he had not exposed human intelligence sources and billions of dollars of intelligence collection systems to foreign entities. He had not caused irreparable harm, the extent of which may never fully be known, for decades or longer to the Intelligence Community. Hilly has a record of directly ignoring & damaging national security prior to becoming president. Even when Obama was re-elected, he had not done what Hilly has done specifically in the area of Intelligence.
