A motion filed by the Federal Aviation Administration in Federal Court admits the agency is unable to recover missing and corrupted emails at the center of a cheating scandal exposed by FOX Business Networks Trouble in the Skies last May. The FBN report led to the resignation of Joseph Teixeira, Vice President of the FAAs Safety and Technical Training Air Traffic Organization.
Several members of Congress, including the chairman of the aviation subcommittee Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ), demanded an investigation after rejected applicants who tried to become Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) sued the FAA. They also filed a freedom of information act request for emails sent between members of the FAA and officers of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) between December 1, 2013 and June 24 2015. The FAA turned over some of the emails but withheld 181 documents. Now it says some of those documents are lost.

Hitlery should have gotten that email administrator.
I’ve seen the FBN story on this. The story is disgusting and the gutless controller’s Union was in on the scandal!
National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (I had to look it up).
Looks like nobody was testing the disaster recovery tapes to see if info could be recovered/was useable. That is an elementary step in a disaster recovery plan - why have disaster recovery info that when you need it, you can’t get it? Sounds like a bunch of hooey to me.
It was not the controller's Union that conspired with FAA Human Resources but the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE).
It's one of hundreds of Black race based groups encouraged to form (by government officials) in every agency of the federal government. If Whites formed such a group it would be called "racist" and would be prosecuted and destroyed by the same government officials who promote the Black groups.
The union went along with the personality test that the answers were given to select minorities over students that went to ATC schools.
Can’t find that in this FBN article. Have you got a link?
You tube-FoxBusiness-Troube in the Skies dated 5/20/2015- 1 hour. I either heard it there or on a union website.
You say Vibrancy and Diversity.
I say “planes falling out of the sky because we hired the brown person solely because he was brown”.
It’s the re-education camp for you.
Love, Hillary
But it did not mention the FAA union (but only the Black group) let alone say that it was involved in the scandal.
The union's only culpability was in not publicly fighting the replacement of the “previous aptitude exam” with a “BS biographical questionnaire” to select new employees. To think that there are morons in the control towers who are there only because a Black racist group gave them the answers to cheat on a biographic questionnaire.
I saw it somewhere,,but I’m sure if I can find it.
