I did not know it was possible to aim missiles at sanctions. Did the missiles take down the sanctions?

The headline is misspelled and its meaning is muddled.

The whole tone of the article is trying to downplay this. I'm surprised they even wrote it at all.

It took 4 tries to find a news story that provided anything but a "yawn, nothing to see here" shallow treatment of this. Apparently they test fired both Qiam-1 SRBM and Emad IRBMs. Both have sufficient payload capacity (~1500 lb) to carry nuclear warheads. The IRBM can reach Israel from typical launch sites in Iran.
