Offering Senator Marco Rubio of Florida a much-needed boost, if not an outright endorsement, Mitt Romney has recorded get-out-the-vote calls for Mr. Rubio's presidential campaign that are being sent to voters in the four states voting on Tuesday.
Mr. Romney indicates, at the beginning and end of the message, that he is calling on behalf of Mr. Rubio but only urges voters to cast ballots for "a candidate who can defeat Hillary Clinton and who can make us proud," according to a copy of the message obtained by The New York Times.
The explicit point of the message from Mr. Romney, the 2012 Republican nominee, is less about helping Mr. Rubio than it is about sowing doubts regarding Donald J. Trump.
"If we Republicans were to choose Donald Trump as our nominee, I believe that the prospects for a safe and prosperous future would be greatly diminished -- and I'm convinced Donald Trump would lose to Hillary Clinton," Mr. Romney says in the call....

Straight out of the GOPE playbook.
After Trump wins 45 of the fifty states in the Electoral College....I’d like for Romney to quietly go off to some desert retreat in Utah and never do a speech, interview or write a book.
Loser Romney is desperately wanting to crash into this election.
Is this his third or fourth?
Straight out of the GOPe playbook...and the strings pulled by the CFR-Goldman Sachs global elite NWO scum.
I hear Singapore is nice.
If there ever was a chance that I might vote for Rubio (and there wasnt) this pretty much killed it.
It's always enjoyable to be personal with some politicians i.e Romney and Kerry. They are both just flat out goofy looking.
Singapore is where you go when you need a heavy dose of ‘niceness’ from the locals. The ultimate place where people attempt to be genuine and friendly. Even cynics start to lose an edge after three days.
Marco, you disappoint us. Why not get advertising messages from popular people for your campaign? In case you didn’t notice, Governor R lost
I read somewhere that every 11th adult is a millionaire.
They need to get Rubio over thresholds to get delegates like 15 percent in Michigan and 20 percent in Idaho.
They want to create the widest delegate split possible with the other candidates.
I think Romney’s robocalls will be most potent in those two states since Michigan is where his father was governor and Idaho has a big Mormon population in the east.
Wow, if little Marco wants to stay in the race he should immediately DISAVOW!
Not a chance.
Foam parteee boi ‘s suck! ...
Tell me this is a joke. Because if this isn’t a joke, IT’S EVEN FUNNIER!!
Has Marco disavowed Mit yet?
Is it his money, so they play along?
