I don’t know who Abe Foxman is, except he must be an idiot. The Nazi salute was the borrowed Roman salute; been around for quite some time.
Notice how Cruz holds his arms out from his body as all the candidates line up in front of their lecterns for introductions during the debates. He holds them away from his body, taking up more space, wants to appear larger. Kind of like a cat swelling up.
The last debate they did not do that, but were already behind the lecterns. Maybe things are too heated up now.
Another reason not to trust Cruz. I detest people who study methods of psychological manipulation.
