The Mexican government is warning of a strategy by drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman to try to loosen the security measures at the maximum-security prison where he has already escaped once.

If El Chapo is looking for sympathy, I got nothing for him.
Where was his sympathy for all those Mexican citizens harassed by his drug gangs? The prison he’s at now has a good system (finally!). They relocate him to a different cell every few days. So if he just has to be in that same prison he escaped from, they are at least paying attention.

Mexico should do what Trump would do. Trump would say to Chapo “let’s make a deal”!
Chapo would smile and say “WHAT?”
Trump,would reply I want both your nuts in a jar and 10 billion cash! Then your free and pardoned for all past deeds.
Get caught peddling dope again and you will hang after a short 30 minute trial.

Mexico hasn’t been exactly blessed with good government over the years. There is a show on Canel Once (a Mexican Public Television station I get on DirecTV) called Los Once Mas—where they count down 11 famous things like 11 Mexican artists, or 11 best things about the state of Vera Cruz. Anyway, one show was the 11 villains in Mexican history. Of the 11, one was a crooked cop, one was Cortes’s girlfriend and the other 9 were leaders of the nation, from Montezuma, Cortes (of course), a viceroy, 2 ‘emperors’, and the rest presidentes.
What a crappy political track record.

I wonder if they ever located the two guards that helped him escape last time?
