The sheriff gave my son his personal number so we don’t even try to go through the BP.
We have never had any luck with the Sheriff’s dept, response time here is usually over an hour for them. I suspect you and I are dealing with different Sheriff Departments. BP we can get in about 10 minutes if we can get someone to answer the phone. When I ended up calling ELP I got numbers people actually answer- but the point is they used to make sure we could all reach them and now act like they really don’t want people to be able to.
