I am proud of my State House and Senate members who have sided with the Constitution rather than that ‘RAT Tomblin.

Mandated CCW’s are unconstitutional and unfortunately so is the enforcement. It's all about government tyranny and criminal pukes in government that are afraid of the citizens. Good on WV, about dammed time a state accepts the Constitution as it was meant, to protect the citizen from a power hungry and controlling government.

The Rat governor is lying when he says he vetoed over safety concerns. Seven other states have had absolutely no issues with Constitutional carry. This is a time-worn excuse that has been repudiated time and time again.

Wouldn’t it be great if it covered all people who were military age instead of age 21?
Not complaining, just asking.

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin vetoed the bill, citing overwhelming opposition from law enforcement officers statewide.http://www.wvgazettemail.com/news/20160127/wv-advances-bill-on-concealed-carry-without-permit
