Truly, the two together make a force to be reckoned with.

More like, truly, the two's supporters together make a force to be reckoned with. But we are as bad as Cruz and Trump, at each other's necks.

That won’t happen.

And I saw the entire Chris Wallace interview. Romney wasn’t trying to be cute. He didn’t play coy.

I recall my dad saying “Never say ‘never’, always avoid ‘always.’”

That is what Romney was doing.

You’re right, of course ... their combined supporters could actually accomplish something. Sadly, I don’t see that as very likely.

Quote Link Photos of the meeting can be found in the archives of the Library of Congress.

Kaczynski noted that a book on George Romney quotes the former Michigan governor telling his allies, “I think you ought to listen to Alinsky.”

Political analyst and think-tank researcher Steve Baldwin believes that Mitt Romney was definitely impacted by his father’s association with Alinsky.

The GOPe once again proving that they’d rather lose to a Democrat than to a Conservative, which tells you who they feel they have more in common with.

I feel like we have a choice between Collectivist A and Collectivist B, and anybody that represents our values gets curb stomped by the other two. Frick and Frack. Humpty and Dumpty. There is no real choice.

I’m an easygoing guy. I have disliked much that has happened in this campaign, but now I am OUTRIGHT PISSED OFF.

I held my nose and voted for Romney once. I won’t do it a second time. If the ship of state is going to sink anyway, let it happen with the Dem’s flag flying from the jackstaff.

Push for the White House and the Congress and State Houses yes, but maybe it’s time to focus on getting the Democrats out of the GOPe.

I held my nose and voted for Romney once.

I've been holding my nose in the general from '88 onward, and I'd do it again. But the good news is that I won't have to this time. The nominee will be either Cruz or Trump, and either way the Rockefeller wing gets screwed. THEY will have to hold their noses this time, just like they did in '80 and '84. Been way too long.....

I don’t recall a lot of ‘fanboys’ on FR back then. There was a determination to back the nominee, but he wasn’t our first choice.

I think they get it and they’re punishing us for it by giving the election to Clinton.

Exactly. Cruz is a GOP pawn at the moment. They’re playing him to perfection.

They’ll never permit him to become POTUS.

I will write in for Trump or vote for him as an independent if he chooses to run as one.
