Sorry, but you are grossly mistaken. In the vast majority of cases the vote is switched without the person ever being able to view the change in the vote. In the less sophisticated attacks on the voting system, a careful voter may be able to view the flipping of the vote. Even then in many cases the voter still cannot get the machine to accept a valid vote.
