Facepalm. As if SXSW hasn't already turned in to a cluster. Hey lyin' king. Maybe you should invest some time in visiting Burning Man in the black rock desert this year. More innovative ideas fer shure Dude.

Leave it to Caliph Baraq to want to attend an event with a $1645 ticket price. To commune with the “little people”, right?

Most likely he’s hoping someone to invite him for a visit to Hippie Hollow.

And while I’m there, I’m going to ask everyone for ideas and technologies that can help update our government and our democracy And then do the opposite.

Here is by far the best solution to updating our government. I has a proven track record of being the biggest instrument of freedom and prosperity the world has ever seen.

Bastard.
Traffic is already messed up enough down here without his clown parade.

I think most people go to SXSW just to party.

Here’s an idea: Congresspeople stay in their own states and districts and vote via phone or skype and away from Washington DC lobbyists....what? That’s not the kind of updated ideas you’re looking for?

[Im going to ask everyone for ideas and technologies that can help update our government and our democracy to be as modern and dynamic as America itself.]
OBAMA - 7 years too late. Or, is he helping HILLARY achieve her vision of making America whole again?
To: rktman
Here's a few:
1. Strict and highly restrictive term limits, doing away entirely with career politicians.
2. Institute new voting measures to eliminate voter fraud. Combine paper and electronics, with multiple cross-checks and the post-election ability for any citizen to go back and check the numbers and accuracy.
3. Require the federal government to make available quarterly data on all government expenditures and revenues - including independent reports from each and every agency/department, including the ambassadors abroad. This should be available for any citizen to review.

Iron fisted totalitarianism - over 10,000 years old
Self rule by the people via republic - A hell of a lot less older...
Gee, obama... Maybe go for the newer system?

I really like this. How can you ‘represent’ a state you don't live in?
To: rktman
Resign would be the best move
To: rktman
Ah yes kemosabe, Keep Austin Weird, that is what they live for!
