WOW! Not 1, not 2, but 3 Live Trump Events today. Did you ever see a person doing live events as much as our man, Donald Trump?

I'm barely getting myself out of bed and not even that first cup of coffee, and Trump already is tying his silk foulard red tie and ready to charge out the door.

We all know that feeling. In America we take it for granted.

Everyone, everywhere, at ANY age on the planet at least once in their life, takes hold of an idea, and then the idea takes hold of them.

But only in America can someone, without much resistance, take action on an idea. Whether it's learning to golf, play a musical instrument, write poetry, start a business or pursue your passion in school. From then on you succeed or you fail.

AND THEN YOU TRY AGAIN! WE LET YOU TRY AS OFTEN AGAIN AS YOU WANT!

Trump certainly has taken action on an idea, and it's uplifting to watch him doing it at his age. And, the best part, we have someone who teaches us.

Just the other day, I was counseling my youngest son, to "take the lumps out" when talking to his boss about issues he has with him.

Yes, it should inspire all of us, especially those of us who were alive an remember very well, the day Kennedy was killed. Our little innocence went out the window that day, for good.

I don't ever want to witness a day like that again.

INSTEAD, I'M ASKING FOR ANOTHER DAY OF CONTINUOUS PRAYER AND MEDITATION FOR OUR BELOVED COUNTRY.

I pray to God today, that He will watch over and protect the people and the things we love so dear about our great country from people anywhere who wish to do us harm.

I pray for Donald Trump, that He will protect him from people who wish to do him harm by keeping his security vigilant, strong and quick to respond, and by taking the anger and hatred out of the heart and soul of the aggressor.

I pray today, that He will put wisdom in Trump's mind, compassion in his heart and the confidence to express it clearly to all who hear his message today.

I pray today, that He will unite us, not only here on Free Republic, but the people of this beautiful country, to fight evil masquerading in a political candidate saying they serve the people when in fact, they serve only themselves and not those who live here, and who are yet to be born here.

I pray today, that He will open ears to Donald Trump's message, and some will hear it for the first time, and support his mission with vigor.

I pray today, that He, through this man, will make our country and the world a better place. Where people everywhere can experience the Joys of Freedom that we take for granted. Amen.

How true this is, and Trump is older than me!

Your focus on prayer is excellent--since 1989, powerful forces have been arrayed against us to destroy this nation. We all know it--and we all feel it--and no matter who we elected or what they promised us, the destruction and denigration of America and its people continued unabated as we were betrayed covertly, and more recently, openly, by the politicians in DC on both sides of the aisle.

A very unlikely candidate to be our David, our Cyrus, our Gideon, comes down an escalator and upsets the tables of all of the political money-changers.

And he loves America and his family unabashedly, and will not rest on his laurels while they are threatened, inspiring the rest of us to awake from our stupor and to do the same, and to join him in the fight.

Like the solitary man in the arena, he takes all of the slings and arrows marked for his demise, and yet, he still stands!!

And he makes us believe that after the last seven years of night, there just could be a new morning in America again.

So, we will stand with the man in the arena, and we will join the fight for our families and our nation, and tell the entrenched political class that we are taking our country back, with or without their consent.

Amazing how we even use Trump's verbal idioms--like you are doing with your son--take the lumps out. The wisdom of Fred Trump is now known to millions of people.

In my house, we talk like Trump--Lee-Gull-Lee; CHY-na; not gonna happen; a LOT!; who's going to pay for the wall?; the wall just got ten feet taller!; take the lumps out, with the appropriate wavy hand motions! I LOVE you!

I pray for his protection daily, and I pray that any weapon formed against him does not prosper.

And I say Amen to all the prayers you posted.

The stupidity is colossal Wolf Blitzer yesterday afternoon was still pushing the, "Why doesn't Donald Trump have the NYTs release the transcripts of his off the record meeting?" And of course, there's two other people on there drumming the same best. 1. I think the NYTs posted that there was no recording of the meeting. 2. This dumb@ss is saying, in essence, that NO ONE SHOULD EXPECT THAT AN OFF THE RECORD COMMENT TO A REPORTER SHOULD REMAIN OFF THE RECORD. 3. I was so proud of Trump, in the face of Kelly Megyn hounding him about releasing an off the record transcript, that he actually stood up for the process whereby a reporter is given special access to him, in an off the record meeting. 4. Nothing is off the record. Just ask Patton.
