Speaking of Walt Disney: The one and only time I have heard Beck’s radio program was when I was on the road and couldn’t get anything else on the radio.
Beck spent the entire show talking about his super VIP behind-the-scenes tour of Disneyland like it was the holiest place on Earth. He spoke as if it was a great religious experience and as if he had glimpsed the answers to all of life’s great mysteries. Weird!
My grandfather knew Mr. Disney. And they, both, are rolling in their graves. Beck is a charlatan. I can’t believe I ever liked the guy. Almost sent my grandfather’s memorabilia to him when he was building his ‘museum’. So glad I didn’t.
