That does NOT include the physician and dentist visits are are never reported. Should I also add mental health worker visits that are never reported, as well?
No! It is not insulting to warning parents to NOT put their children on a government school bus. IT is a **warning** not an insult.
And...Yes, it is the **father's** responsibility to see that his children are protected. Government school buses are not safe places.
