No I did not mean anchor baby Rubio. I meant natural born US Citizen Marco Rubio, because his parents were Green card holding immigrants from Cuba and as such were legal US residents and as such had every right that a natural born citizen had, except they could not vote in the elections until they became naturalized Citizen.

Marco Rubio having been born in Miami Florida, which btw is the 27^{th state that was admitted to the Union.}

Since being a natural born citizen is an objective qualification and requirement of office for the U.S. President (and VP), it is important for all U.S. Citizens to understand what this term means.
