Bush NEVER took vengeance for those killed on 911 and those that continue to be tortured and killed by islam - including women and children.

And that is problem? How? Terrorists are not due anything through the accepted “rules of war” as they don’t follow them. Therefore, they are NOT due anything, other than complete annihilation. And anyone who directly or indirectly supports them. Period.
Being a terrorist means that you, by default, DO NOT follow the accepted “rules of war”.

Wrong. Dead, flat wrong. Terrorists, by definition, are not lawful participants in “legal” war. Therefore, there are no rules regarding them or anyone that directly or indirectly supports them.
