I can see Trump going on the offense, but I won’t count Cruz out either. He seems a lot more p*ssed off than I gave him credit for. And after the last 7 years, some righteous anger is exactly what we need.
Kasich, I think, is a good guy, but my gut feeling is he’d try to be too much of a gentleman, and “herself” will eat his lunch.
