You know what MFN means, right? It means China uses our tariff schedule. It is not a trade “agreement.”
Reading this - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Permanent_normal_trade_relations - it seems every country in the world except for Cuba and North Korea has this “most favored nation” status, that is called “permanent normal trade relations” now.
