I did read the four pages, and did a little research, and all the individuals cited therein are from his 2012 campaign. This is what Rush is talking about when he speaks about scenarios being carried out behind closed doors and the public only seeing the final stages of it out front.

This FEC document is simply an amendment to an earlier filing that changes the addresses of a few contact principles. It does nothing more. It’s just one of many ongoing filings for the original “ROMNEY FOR PRESIDENT, INC.” committee required by the FEC.

There’s many more like that one listed here over the years if you’d REALLY like to try to amp up a tinfoil hat conspiracy:
