- The Whiskey Tango Foxtrot star, 45, told Howard Stern she was unhappy with the political speeches at Sunday night's Oscars
- Vice President Joe Biden spoke about rape culture while introducing Lady Gaga, who performed her song for the documentary The Hunting Ground
- The Big Short screenwriter Adam McKay issued a warning about presidential candidates who 'take money from big banks'
- Fey said: 'I'm so glad I live here [in New York City], because halfway through [the Oscars], I was like, "This is some real Hollywood bullshit"
- The comedienne went on to defend Leonardo DiCaprio's speech on climate change though, saying 'he's so smart'
IOW, she gave us some more real Hollywood bull****.
Full title: "'This is some real Hollywood bull****': Tina Fey says she was annoyed with all of the lecturing on rape culture, corporate greed and climate change at the Oscars".

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

[But the most memorable part of the night was when Leonardo DiCaprio accepted his first ever Oscar, only to spend most of his time on the podium warning about the effects of climate change.]
Did Leo happen to mention the 500-foot-long yacht, err cruise ship he rented to party on? What was the carbon footprint on that Leo? Oh forgot, you don’t like to be asked while pretending for fools.
There’s video of it, too.

Which part of the ‘lecture’ did she not care for? Were there any suggestion boxes located in the lobby?

This is her chosen profession and colleagues. If she doesn’t like it, DO something about it or get out of it. Complaining on the sidelines is useless.
To: rktman
This is so hilarious. You can bet there are many like her that are getting tired of the nonsense.
Well, she helped build it all.
I feel sorry for her like I do for the Saudis who have been funding and apologizing for extreme radicals for decades.
Like I say, more popcorn.

I looked at the article, it mentions the Chris Rock diatribe about how blacks are so put upon, but it didn’t mention Fey’s reaction to that tripe.

Personally, I have long held, that Actors should act, I am not interested in their political view, never have been, and am offended by their taking the podium and force feeding their brand of social justice or political leanings in an entertainment forum, against my will. IMO they do this because its the only venue where they can be heard, as no talk show cares about their views. They are not on the news, because they are not news worthy. I am not interested in their views on the LGBT issues, I don’t care about Bruce Jenner or his struggle to be other than how he was born.
PLEASE Entertainment community. Entertain. Other than that, I don’t care about your opinion, and when its my time or money, keep your opinions to yourself.

” And also, like, “You’re all rich. Why are you yelling at me about corporate greed?”’ Fey recalled. “
Even the phony Fey couldn’t swallow this wad......LOL

I didn’t watch it. I think that she has some talent, and I hope that she continues to question the liberal agenda.
