The Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer, who worked on Hillary Clintons private email server, as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.
Looks like the World's Smartest Woman is in some pretty deep doo doo!
Note: Judge Napolitano is on a roll with these two must watch videos:
Enjoy
A emergency load of "Depends" is on it's way to Madam Benghazi
If there is justice, Hillary et al will pay the price.
The trouble with the judge is he is never right.
I hope they did not do something stupid like granting him immunity before they know what he is going to say.
If they didn’t, then all his has to say is “It’s all my fault” and he goes scott-free and so does everyone else.
She is to stupid to be terrified
And too arrogant.
I hope they did not do something stupid
We know they did thats why they did it
Hmmmm. I just don’t see Hillary busted. This staffer is being set up to be the scape goat who can say “Oops, all my fault. Hillary din du nuffins.”
Then... Hillary can say “You see, it’s all his fault and I had nothing to do with it.”
Then it all goes away presto.
I agree with the judge - this is not good news for the Hill - I still would be a little shocked if she actually was indicted just because the FBI is so political now but Hillary’s trash could be up before a grand jury as we speak. If she’s not indicted by the end of April, I doubt she will be. Rather have Hillary and her baggage than Biden or Warren . . .
This is a post you will want to read ... but be careful because it will make you smile so hard that the muscles in the back of your head will hurt!
She looks worse than Nick Nolte
And sadly, the Clintons have a history of getting away with everything.
What price have either Clinton paid for their legal moral ethical transgressions???
So given the history, and the bunker mentality of the Clintons, I believe that Hillary thinks this will all blow over one day, and she will face no penalty. The stench of all of this will not affect her election chances, and she truly believes she will never ever go to trial, or if on trial, ever be convicted of anything.
“If they didnt, then all his has to say is Its all my fault and he goes scott-free and so does everyone else.”
Immunity does not work that way. Part of the deal is for the perp given immunity to “fully cooperate”. That means that they tell all. All the details, all the information, and the do not hold back or use the “I forgot” without being credible. If they do, a judge can revoke the immunity.
While I would love nothing more than to see Hitlary go down in flames and locked up, we need her to be the dems nominee.
With Hillary as thier nominee, huge swaths of Bernie voters will end up voting the alternative anti establishment candidate Trump, or just not bother to vote.
“She is to stupid to be terrified”
She seems peculiarly devoid of introspection and self examination.
I feel a bit sorry for her. She needs to meet Jesus.
MLK Jr. and Obama’s illegal aliens aren’t the only ones who can dream.
But does anyone here really think that a democrat president and a democrat Attorney General are going to indict
and/or prosecute a democrat candidate for president just a few months or weeks before the presidential election?
Seriously, if the laws applied to her, she should be very afraid or if justice was to happen, she should be very afraid. But Hilary is above the law, she always has and always will be above the law. Democrats don't care about the morality, ethics, or legality of how they cast votes.....they only care about winning and gaining political power to spend other people's money.
Napolitano implies the threat of Hillary facing indictment has grown as a result. My question is... who would indict her? Certainly not the puppet roleplaying as attorney general.
For everybody dreaming of Clinton’s indictment, It will never happen
