Actually, this is a smart strategic move, because if the case was decided by the current court, it would be a 4-4 decision upholding the EPA decision. Waiting until a, hopefully, new conservative justice to make it 5-4 against the EPA.

Before everyone gets too excited, this is not a job for the Judiciary Branch.

It’s a job for the Congress. If you can find one.

This man must be given an offer he can’t refuse to LEAVE THE COURT come January. He is a disaster, all because he is CLEARLY being blackmailed.

Retire, and not be prosecuted. Retire with dignity and your reputation intact, and go be a lawyer somewhere for $2 million/year, or write your memoirs. But RETIRE!

“George W. Bush is the worst president in American history.
Worst natural-born citizen president anyway... “

No, Carter still takes home that particular trophy.

But Bush is the worst one with an “R” after his name - YES, worse than Nixon.

Whatever Roberts was promoted as being, GWB must’ve believed it, hook, line and sinker.

This is not CO2,central to globull warming. It is mercury.

So— this is about the really worse other agenda of EPA— taking control of all water in the US... ground and surface.

THAT is what this is about, and you can tell cause the EPA has been trying a stealth campaign on water, and says this decision is “not needed, we can handle it”.

Gotta think like commie apparatchiks at the epa. But, Roberts is checking the box of blackmail once again— cause he was told to. And that is the true continuing underlying story.

People said the same thing about this ass’s ruling on Obamacare.

What hole did the Bush/Romney bunch drag this putrid carcass out of?

No, government is rotten with it. Hastert pulled the veil off so to speak, but I’ve figured it for a while and that’s why I refer to politicians who swing the opposite of their promises or beliefs (so called) as Hastertites. They have skeletons, bad ones, and people in power know it and have dirt.

A fifth grader could have noodled out the right call on the Obamacare decision, unless Roberts is an actual brainwashed Manchurian candidate someone’s got dirt and he plays to their tune.

I keep swinging between Trump and Cruz, I’d rather have a strict interpreter like Cruz behind the wheel, but I’m leaning Trump because of the apoplexy the entrenched powers are demonstrating over his doing so well. This ratcheted up significantly over his medical stance of late. If he seriously plans to enforce 15 USC on them he is TPTB enemy #1.

Like the saying goes, you know your on target when you encounter a lot of flak, and Trump and Cruz are both on an approach run to political Ploesti and Trump probably has the armor and firepower to survive it.

Get this, it’s already at a (probably brief) point where I could install a throw over switch and run off a 5kw gas generator I have cheaper than the PG&E rates...

Congress needs to pass an omnibus EPA choker law to only permit regulations approved by congress and signed into law by the president.

What a novel approach on recent FR, common sense reasoning.
