Hey Rep. Denham, Trump will take care of this the first month he is in the Oval Office. AND THAT IS WHY DC IS IN A PANIC. How many of these hundreds of thousands of buildings are associated with the DC mob. They know they will be losing easy money.

“There’s no incentive for the agencies to sell.” Therein is the problem. If the agency sells the property they don't get to keep the money for current operations, its just go back into the general fund.
