We don’t need Mitt’s views on the state of the Republican Party. Sorry, the panic attack is unbecoming and it’s a low blow for democracy. The voters have spoken and Donald Trump is the new face of the GOP.
Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Ben Carson or any of the dozen-plus candidates who have jockeyed for party leadership are gone. Take a hint, Mitt — you should be gone, too.
It’s now a two-man race between Trump, who’s gobbling up delegates faster than Leonardo DiCaprio grabbed his Oscar, and Ted Cruz, who won Texas. Marco Rubio is hanging on by his fingernails until Florida, his home state, which he may lose anyway.
That’s how the race has unfolded — fair and square.
But that’s not OK with our former governor. Instead of respecting voters, Romney is trying to be the spoiler.

Agreed. The reason a lot of conservatives don’t trust Trump is the same reason people don’t like Myth Romney: both men are suspect recent converts to conservatism who have had so many conflicting positions it is apparent they have no moral core.

He never went after Obama.
Now, he is ignoring the criminal, Clintoon and her life long record of crimes/treason, and he is trying to interfere with our selection of our presidential candidate.

If Romney announces that he is going to enter the race... he and Kasich can battle it out for last place for the next couple of weeks. I am sure that it is lonely on the bottom right now for Kasich.

I think it's way too late to get him on the ballot. But if they go into the convention with none of the candidate having enough delegates to win then I can see them trotting him out as a compromise. It'd destroy what's left of the party and certainly Trump and Cruz wouldn't be in favor but I do think that the GOP establishment is that desperate.

Romney just needs to endorse hitlery and be done with it.
If they can string him along until the convention then between "sore loser" clauses and the timing required I don't think Trump could get on the ballot in enough states to make a difference. Like I said, this is the "nuclear bomb" clause that would almost certainly destroy the Republican Party that the establishment says they are trying to save. But I wouldn't put it past them.

I’m not for Trump and I wish Romney would just stay out of it. His time is past and he is not relevant to this conversation.
I don’t think they really care. It can be Hillary, or a brokered pick....anyone but Trump as the rest of them sleep in the same bed. Trump represents the revolution. Power to the people.
Well Kasich did have Carson to battle for last place...and technically Carson is still in it.
