Her attacker is described as a man about 36 to 38 years old who is roughly 5 feet 8 and has a medium build and a light beard. He wore a dark jacket, dark pants, a gray skull cap and a gray hooded sweatshirt.

You know I happen to be a person of a darker shade and I do not have an issue with listing the ethnic background of the perp, it is all about details of the physical description of someone not stereotyping, again information, and also in my opinion if non-minorities can described why can minorities, that is not fair.
