He should take every single question and pivot it to an attack on Hillary.

An attack from Rubio? Simply say, I dispute that. Ignore Rubio and turn immediately to an attack on Hillary.

Don't mention Rubio's AT ALL so he doesn't get the response time "because my name was mentioned."

Do this over and over and over.

It makes the others seem insignificant, and all the after-debate clips will be of him firing at the beast.

He needs to do that. Clinton is already preparing to take it to Trump. Not for Trump but just as an observation, Trump has become a masterful campaigner. Both Hillary nor Bill are older than their years. Trump is a vigorous senior citizen. My guess is that he has a kitchen cabinet and is listening to their advise.
