Actually he did, just in a very tasteful way...remember, he remarked about his hands...Rubio had related the size of Trumps hands to his penis...
I thought his speech and his handling of the media was excellent. Trump was gracious, very smart as usual, and calm, very Presidential. Cruz and Rubio of course made asses of themselves with distortions and lies trying their best to defame this good American patriot.
Most of you know I'm a Trump supporter, and I acknowledge that I have bias.
But Cruz did not come off well after Trump's speech/presser.
I know the speech was prepared in advance and there wasn't time to adjust, but after Trump's congratulatory statement and acknowledgement of how hard Ted had worked... well, Cruz came off as small.
