Ohio has done 53 executions since the DP return. Texas has sent 534 home to Beelzebub, avenging about 3% of the murder victims in the last four decades.
Texas has 4.4 killings per hundred thousand ( including righteous ones).
Ohio has 4 per hundred thousand but they are a bit more Caucasian than Texas.
