Stupid article. Cruz won his home state. That’s more than Algore could accomplish yet he came really close to winning in the November election.

IN 2000 AL GORE WON 93% OF THE DEMOCRAT VOTE IN THE DEMOCRAT PRESIDENTIAL RACE PRIMARY IN HIS HOME STATE OF TENNESSEE

LAST NIGHT CRUZ WON 43% OF TEXAS GOP VOTERS IN HIS HOME STATE GOP PRIMARY

FOR COMPARISON

WILL TRUMP GET 50% OF GOP VOTE IN NY PRIMARY

WE SHALL SEE BUT IT’LL BE MOOT BY THEN

Plus, they don’t consider how big the field was in all those other primaries. Having 5 people in the race will, obviously, dilute the vote. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

"Cruz won his home state."

The numbers don't look good for his Senate Primary in 2018.

He's vulnerable.

In Texas.
