I wouldn’t have believed it just a few weeks ago. But it turns out the conspiracy theorists around here are right. The people in charge of the GOPe actually are controlled by globalist special interests. They have now been unmasked and they prefer an anti-American felon over Trump.

I didn’t vote for Trump, but this attempt to undercut his legitimate success is disgusting. These politicians and pundits do not have any core principles other than they believe and worship government and its control over anyone outside of their incestuous beltway.

They truly spit upon the concepts of freedom and liberty. Is the electorate making a mistake with Trump? Perhaps. But it is the electorate’s choice to make!

Republicans, Democrats, Uniparty, Government Party, all the same. Anything other than freeing the citizenry from the shackles of taxation and regulation.

I’m a Cruz supporter, but to publicly claim you’re a Republican and then acknowledge you’re prepared to hand the election over to Hillary is unconscionable! That makes you a traitor to America in my book.

One thing is for sure. Trump is revealing exactly who are the democRAT-supporters that have been operating (some for decades)in REPUB clothing. They can’t hide anymore.

Disgusting that any so-called REPUPs would push the Clinton Crime Family upon us yet again.

So nice to see that the tribe of "neocons" has its panties in a complete twist.

Is there anyone left still in denial that the liberal Republican establishment would MUCH rather see Hillary Milhous Clinton win -- and will do whatever it takes to make that happen -- than an actual Republican who isn't under their thumb?

If the "neos" can't "con" or fraud their way into getting one of their puppets (Rubio, Kasich) the nomination, then they will go Full Goldwater against the nominee (Trump) as I have been saying for many months, long before it became as patently obvious as it is now.

In the unlikely event that Cruz gets the nod, it's a tossup as to whether he'll get the Goldwater '64 treatment or whether the Establishment will at least feign support since Pinocchio Cruz has been doing their bidding lately as regards Trump, and so might get a little doggie treat in the form of lukewarm support ("but we'd still really prefer Hillary") as a reward for that.

The problem with this “plan” is that the establishment would also lose their majorities in the house and senate. I don’t think they want that.

Kristol is a fool. He has no followers.

"The rebellion is on!"

They are willing to give the country to Hillary rather than let Trump upset their apple cart.

IF they succeed with their brokered convention plan I certainly hope Trump has contingency plans already in place that will enable him to run third party.

At that point there would be nothing to lose for America. If he doesn't run Hillary wins.

If he runs third party and wins, he saves America from Hillary, and we at least have a fighting chance to save the country.

If he runs third party and loses at least we have a chance to set up a viable third party alternative to the corrupt and vile Republican Party.

So the way I see it, there is no downside to Trump running third party if the GOPe steal the nomination.

Hillary Clinton is, beyond a reasonable doubt, guilty of espionage against the United States.

Anyone who supports her now is an accessory to espionage.

This country has hung Americans for committing espionage.

Good job, Bill!

I am fully 100% against taking the nomination away from Trump if he has over 50% and would fight with anyone who suggested in doing so...

However, there is a reason they put in the >50% rule and didn’t simply award the nomination to whoever had the most delegates.

If it turns out to be Trump - 40% Cruz - 35% Rubio - 25%, I fully expect a full out floor fight for the nomination and I would not consider it “dirty” or “cheating” if it goes to someone other than Trump.

Of course, as a conservative, I hope that Cruz would get it and would be extremely disappointed if Rubio got it (more than if Trump got it) but I wouldn’t consider it underhanded in any way. That is the way the system was designed and everyone knew it going in.
